Exeter in Devon

The city of Exeter is the county town of Devon and has a population of approximately 117,000 people. Situated on the River Exe, it is around one hour’s drive from Plymouth and links to Bristol and Birmingham via the M5 motorway. The A38 links to Bodmin, while the A30 is a direct link to the rest of Cornwall.

Exeter St Davids Railway station offers routes to London Paddington via Taunton and, Bristol, Birmingham and the Midlands, as well as Cornwall. There is an international airport with regular flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and the National Express offers long distance bus services throughout the country.
